| Weyman
Thomas |
| Producer
of "Life Changing Word."
Weyman
was born and raised in Hollister, California. It is,
still today, the place he calls home, with his Wife
of 22 years and their Daughter.
Weyman
attended Cal Poly SLO and left with a B.S. in Agricultural
Business Management. He went on to receive his Masters
in Theology from Covington Theological Seminary. Weyman
has since returned to Hollister to finish his Doctorate
and to pursue his inspired visions.
Weyman
heads up an outreach program in Hollister, “The
Weyman Thomas Ministries”. This has been an outlet
for him, keeping the faith and ‘keeping it real’
since he founded the Ministry in 2002.
Weyman takes time to travel extensively in the United
States and abroad, holding crusades and spreading the
‘Word’ - across borders and cultures alike.
His journeys are many and have taken him to Hong Kong,
Mainland China, The Philippines, Panama, Columbia and
Canada. His stops include Houses of Worship, families,
communities, prisons and jails.
On one of Weyman’s journeys from Panama to Columbia,
he felt that God was prompting him to start a local
Television Show. Weyman envisioned a Christian Television
show on Local Cable Access that invited viewers to explore
different topics and guests and to learn about Churches
and Ministries in their local area. Thus, “Life
Changing Word” was born and lives on today. The
program has grown to encompass many different subjects
in the Bible and is expounded with Weyman’s “Keeping
it Real” philosophy.
The prompting to air a local TV show “Life Changing
Word” was in fact the right direction. Weyman
sought out C.M.A.P. and forged a relationship that has
lasted and strengthened from its inception. As Weyman
was the second member to join C.M.A.P., they share a
constructive working relationship.
Weyman believes that the Word of God can touch and change
peoples lives.
Weyman, himself, was touched – changed –
and set free from a twenty-two year drug addiction by
the Word and Power of God.
Together,
Weyman hopes, we can expand the Broadcast Area in which
the show is currently seen and bring hope and encouragement
to bigger and broader audiences.
In the first year of “Life Changing Word”
and C.M.A.P., Weyman received a ‘Producer of the
Year’ Award. “Life Changing Word”
has been broadcast since the first day of C.M.A.P. and
is still their longest running Series Program.

Shannon Grissom |
|
Shannon Grissom, a native of San Jose, moved to Hollister
in 2000. She originally expressed her creative self
through music. Moved to combine her artistic affinity
with her passion for color, she began oil painting in
1992. She knew after her first painting class that she
wanted to make a living as an artist. Her job as a recruiter
was very stressful so she would get up between 3:00
a.m. .and 4:00 a.m every morning and paint before work..
By
1998, the demand for Shannon's work grew and she was
able to leave her day job and start her own
business as an artist.
Today,
Shannon is an award-winning artist and business woman
whose favorite subjects are people. Compelled by a single
note of color, or the arch of an eyebrow, Shannon uses
vibrant hues to express the relationship between her
color, her subjects and the ever-present music.
Passionate
about her work, Shannon loves to encourage other people
to create. Once she discovered CMAP, Shannon knew she
found the perfect place not only to reach other people
but to take her own creativity to another level. She
developed her show, "Give Your Walls Some Soul"
as an entertaining and informative "how to"
show.. It is designed to encourage fearless creating
from the heart. It is evident that her work comes from
a place of joy in this spirited new series.
